1. Technical Review & Castability Analysis

We perform a comprehensive technical review and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis based on the customer's 2D drawings and 3D CAD models. This ensures optimal castability, dimensional accuracy, and alignment with customer specifications.

2.Prototyping & Pattern Making

After design confirmation, Physical samples are delivered to the customer for fit-and-function validation before full tooling production.

3.Tooling & Sand Core Fabrication

Precision permanent steel molds and reusable sand cores are engineered and manufactured. Advanced CAD simulation software is utilized to design optimized gating and risering systems, ensuring defect-free castings with precise internal cavities.

4.Melting & Automatic Tilting Gravity Casting

High-grade aluminum alloys are melted under strict temperature control. Utilizing automatic tilting gravity casting machines, the molten metal is poured smoothly into the mold cavity with minimal turbulence, significantly reducing internal porosity and inclusions.

5.Heat Treatment & Shot Blasting

Castings undergo specialized heat treatment (such as T5 or T6) to enhance structural strength and mechanical properties. Shot-blasting is then applied to eliminate surface contaminants and provide a clean, uniform surface finish.

6.Precision CNC Machining & Final Inspection

Secondary operations are performed using high-precision CNC milling and turning machines to achieve tight tolerances on critical dimensions. Final quality checks—including CMM dimensional inspection—are conducted to guarantee flawless finished parts.
